Abstract

The evolution of approaches to labour productivity is presented. The statistics of the employed population by groups of occupations is given. The experimental study results of the temperature condition influence on productivity are stated. As a consequence of the study, conclusions are drawn about the impact of the premises temperature conditions on labour productivity; this influence is significant not only for physical labour, but also for creative and intellectual activities.
