Abstract

The article examines certain aspects of legislation in the field of healthcare in order to highlight legal conflicts that potentially affect the possibility of achieving a balance between constitutionally grounded expectations of high-quality and affordable medical care, on the part of the patient, and the presence of an interconnected set of rights, that can satisfy these expectations, on the part of a doctor.
