Abstract
The article gives a brief description of the tasks and goals of municipal programs within the framework of the improvement of the territories of the municipality of Tula for 2021. The results of the analysis of the distribution of funding from the local budget between the tasks of municipal programs of five territorial districts of the city of Tula are presented. The system of indicators (indicators) used to assess the results of the implementation of improvement programs is considered. The problems of the implementation of these municipal programs are highlighted on the basis of a comparative analysis of planned and actual indicators.
