Abstract

The article discusses the current mechanism of customs cooperation between the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation and the Main Customs Administration of Mongolia in terms of mutual recognition of the results of customs control. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts regulating the interaction of customs administrations of countries, the list of goods to which mutual recognition of the results of customs control is applicable was systematized, the peculiarities of conducting control operations and the form of information exchange carried out within the framework of cooperation were determined. Areas of interaction that require additional regulatory support and improvement have been identified.
