Abstract

The article is devoted to the justification and development of an individual development plan for employees of the T2 Mobile LLC company. The work examines an individual plan as a tool for forming a personnel reserve for a high-tech cellular communications company. A step-by-step concept for implementing an individual company development plan is proposed, which includes six stages of development. Tasks have been developed and proposed for completion by reservists and mentors in the organization, aimed at implementing the KAS system (“Knowledge-Abilities-Skills”)
