Abstract
An agreement (agreement) on participation in bearing additional expenses for providing a child with living quarters is an agreement not named in the Family Code of the Russian Federation, the requirements for which are not established by law. The author, based on an analysis of legal norms, analogies of law and formal logic, puts forward in the article requirements for the form, parties and content of this agreement, and also analyzes the legal consequences of non-compliance with its terms. Based on a systematic analysis of modern Russian legislation, the author comes to the conclusion that it is possible to present certain requirements to the agreement under study, similar to the requirements for an agreement on the collection of alimony, and also identifies differences in the legal regulation of these agreements.
