Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between business crisis management strategy in the post-corona era, market-oriented performance, and business performance targeting 209 sports facility managers in Chungbuk region. As a result of the study, it was found that all sub-factors of risk management strategy on management orientation had a positive (+) effect, so hypothesis 1 was adopted. Hypothesis 2 was adopted as it was found that management orientation on business performance had an effect. Lastly, as it was found that the financial management and quarantine management strategies on business performance had a positive (+) effect, Hypothesis 3 was partially adopted. As such, a management risk management strategy is essential in the post-corona era that has not ended until now, and it is judged that management losses can be minimized by establishing a crisis management strategy and differentiating it from competitors.
