Abstract

Implementation of a full-fledged defense planning process in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is impossible without interconnected automated systems. These systems are aimed at conducting an assessment of the security of all types of resources, the efficiency of their use, modeling perspective structures and integrating these systems into a system of information support for decision-making.At present, the decision-support system (DSS) in the management of fixed military assets of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is under development. The basis of this system is the information base of real estate objects that are on the balance of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and implemented in the management subsystem of fixed military assets, which is accepted for permanent exploitation.The article deals with the main factors, which resulted in the possibility of creating and using DSS. The review of the DSS functionality is based on the analysis of the activities of the commanders (managers) and, respectively, the management decisions they take.It was found out that the functioning of the DSS is aimed at helping and facilitating the process of making informed decisions, reducing the influence of the human factor, supporting multicriteria decisions in a complex information environment, and solves two main tasks:the choice of the best solution from the set of possible (optimization);ordering possible decisions on advantage (rankings).In each of the tasks, the first and most important point is the choice of a set of criteria on the basis of which the possible solutions (alternatives) will be evaluated and compared in the future.On the basis of the considered classification and theoretical developments and practical experience, the basic requirements for the functioning of the DSS in the management of immovable military property, which need to be addressed, are determined during its elaboration.Thus, the right choice of DSS will facilitate the work of managers (supervisors) and increase its efficiency. They greatly simplify the solution of problems in everyday activities. On the basis of the DSS, you can conduct training on real estate management and training, and increase control over the activities of the property management organization.
