Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between physical self-concept, self-management, and subjective happiness in the aquatic exercise of active seniors in korea. The subjects of this study consisted of 265 customers who participated in aquatic exercise classes. in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungnam area. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used in structure equation model analysis. The results are as follows. First, the physical self-concept of aquatic exercise participants showed positive influence in self-management. Second, self-management of aquatic exercise participants showed positive influence in subjective happiness. Third, physical self-concept of aquatic exercise participants showed positive influence in subjective happiness. We must systematically provide safe and healthy aquatic exercise training.
