Abstract

This article examines the issues of implementation by the prosecutor of powers in administrative proceedings. Attention is focused on expanding and clarifying the powers of the prosecutor, which will improve the efficiency and quality of response in order to resolve issues of administrative responsibility and effectively protect violated public interests.
