Abstract
The study is based on the analysis of treatment of 87 newborns with congenital intestinal obstruction associated with intrauterine infection. We observed patients produced the study activity of various groups of cytokines that can monitor and determine the duration of inflammation. The results show an association between intrauterine infection and congenital obstructive bowel disease. In infants with intrauterine infection and abnormalities in cytokine status significantly more frequently (in 70.8% of cases) have documented the destructive and inflammatory complications in the postoperative period.
