Abstract

The improvement of the organizational structure becomes necessary due to a number of problems arising in the course of the organization’s work, congestion of senior management, changes in production technologies, insufficient efficiency of the enterprise and the impact of external factors. The study uses methods: system analysis, economic and analytical techniques, methods for processing statistical information and graphic methods. The types of organizational structures, the characteristics of centralized and decentralized organizational structures, the impact of changes in the external environment on the organizational structures of management of Russian enterprises were analyzed. A comparative analysis of the definitions “organizational structure of the company’s management” was carried out. Recommendations are proposed to help companies optimize their structure, adapt to changing conditions, improve coordination and cooperation, effectively allocate roles and responsibilities, which leads to increased overall productivity and achievement of strategic goals. It was concluded that the creation of an effective management system directly depends on the speed of operational and strategic decisions.
