Abstract

The article examines the main priorities of improving business processes of providing art services in post-war Ukraine. The impact of improving the organizational structure in the sector of providing art services is characterized. The directions for improving the business processes of providing art services in the post-war period in Ukraine have been determined. The vision of the policy of the Government of Ukraine and the directions in which the processes in the system of providing art services should be improved have been formed. In accordance with the new realities of the external environment, services in the field of art industry depend entirely on the effectiveness of the functioning of each organizational component in the formation of the processes of providing art services. After the victory of Ukraine, new institutional approaches to improving the processes of providing art services should be introduced with the broad involvement of the expert and scientific environment. The main areas of improvement of business processes in the field of art industry should be the transformation of methods of providing art services based on the requirements of the final result; keeping regular records of cost effectiveness; establishing the requirement for quantitative assessment of qualitative results, and creating favorable conditions for domestic investors through the implementation of state financial support programs.
