Abstract

In modern market conditions, improving the efficiency of the enterprise largely depends on the competitiveness of the goods and services sold by it. In a dynamically developing market, the most successful enterprises are those who correctly assessed all the pros and cons of goods and services sold in their segment of production. The problem is that there is no mechanism for rapid assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise. Accordingly, it is impossible to determine the prospects of development separately for each object of the enterprise. The existing approaches to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises have a number of disadvantages. First of all, due to the large number of factors, the complexity of determining the initial information, their focus on the evaluation of the enterprise as a whole, focus on manufacturing enterprises, the lack of specific schemes for calculating the parameters appearing in the model. At the same time, competitiveness is directly related to the production and economic performance of the enterprise. Sales dynamics is an assessment of sales processes. There is no methodology that assesses the implementation of the possible implementation of fuel in this market for a single gas station. In order to solve the above problems, a model of operational assessment of the competitiveness of gas stations has been developed. The principles of construction of comparative or reference models were taken as a basis. The proposed approach makes it possible to compare quantitative and qualitative indicators with each other. In this case, each parameter of the system is evaluated separately, the base of comparison is the reference value for each parameter. On the basis of one of the gas stations in the region with the help of the developed model of rapid assessment of competitiveness was calculated on all analyzed indicators. On its basis, in comparison with other gas stations in the region, recommendations have been developed to improve competitiveness.
