Abstract
The article examines the current problems and prospects for the implementation of public control in relation to a key variety of legal entities — corporate organizations authorized to exercise certain public powers. The list of corporate organizations in respect of which public control can and should be carried out is investigated. A system of measures has been developed and justified that will solve the above-mentioned problems, ensuring the full implementation of public control over the activities, acts and decisions of corporate organizations of this type.
