Abstract

The article proposes an organizational and methodological mechanism for implementing the principles of the best available technologies (BAT) when introducing industrial enterprises into practice. In the presented model of accompanying activities in industrial organizations for obtaining an integrated environmental permit (IEP), the authors propose basic organizational and methodological blocks, the interaction of which ensures the optimal implementation of the mechanism for introducing BAT at the level of an industrial enterprise. The problems of introducing this model for industrial enterprises are outlined. It is concluded that the use of this model in economic practice allows to improve management and production processes, promotes the modernization of the technologies and equipment used, and is also aimed at creating a socially approved image of an environmentally responsible manufacturer.
