Abstract

This article is dedicated to analyzing the peculiarities of management experience in leading the humanitarian Philosophy Department within a military university, viewed through the lens of the department's history of management by philosophers E. A. Baller, Y. Y. Zlotnikov, and V. N. Lipsky. Various models of organization have enabled the department to adapt to changing historical circumstances and achieve its educational and developmental objectives. The article is intended for post graduate students, teachers, and administrative staff.
