Abstract
The role aimed to identify the efforts of pre-university education leaders in the southern governorates of Palestine in achieving the requirements of sustainable development , and to achieve this goal, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method using a questionnaire consisting of (15) paragraphs identified in one axis. The study sample consisted of (111) educational leaders distributed to the ministries of education in Gaza Strip (50%) of the original community. The study reached several results, the most important of which are:- - The educational leadership of technological innovations in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development (74.70%), which is relatively high degree, due to the awareness of educational leaders of the importance of the role of technology in upgrading the educational process within modern societies. - The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the ratings of the sample members to the extent to which the performance of the pre-university education leaders is consistent with the requirements of sustainable development due to any gender variables, educational level or years of service.
