Abstract
The article analyzes the modern concepts of industry principles of international security; explores the principles of international security law in the light of the expansion of the subject of regulation. An opinion is proposed on the emerging new industry International Emergency Law (IEL) and the corresponding modification of industry principles related to the regulation of international relations related to the identification, suppression and elimination of global problems (threats, challenges and risks).
