Abstract

The article reveals the socio-cultural effects of forms of centralization in the heritage of Soviet culture in the Omsk region, which manifested themselves in the era of the activities of party and statesman S.I. Manyakin. The analysis of the Soviet lifestyle allowed the author to distinguish five socio-cultural effects: strengthening cultural initiatives and enthusiasm in culture, establishing the dependence of achievements in production on the cultural level of the place, increasing social activity and responsibility of people, creating an atmosphere of cultural stimulation of highly productive work, reviving the production and creative mission of culture. Highlighting these effects made it possible to determine the forms of centralization and, accordingly, three basic levels of centralization: primary, middle, full and anticipate the fourth level-regional, including institutions of sports, education, culture and art.
