Abstract
The questions of evaluation of land resources used by quarries during the mining of fields of solid minerals by the continuous system are considered. In order to preserve the fertility of soils stored in temporary warehouses, the front of land and the front of mining operations should provide a balance of ecological equilibrium in the soil layer. The difference between the front of excavation and the front of mining operations on the lower mining ledge should be minimal.
