Abstract

The possibilities of functional stress tests are highlighted from the point of view of determining the adaptation resources of the fetus, the uteroplacental complex, functional impairments and the prediction of the effectiveness of births with a favorable perinatal outcome. The expediency and benefits are justified by the need to optimize the choice of an adequate model of delivery, as well as the timely organization of preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation measures.
