Abstract

The objective: to study etiopathogenetical aspects of pregnancy after IVF in women with a history of infertility. Patients and methods. A prospective comprehensive survey of 220 pregnant in the first trimester of pregnancy after IVF with infertility of different genesis in history and 50 naturally firstly pregnant women. Results. Etiopathogenetical factors of complications of pregnancy and reproductive losses in women after IVF in the first trimester of pregnancy were defined, including the leading role played by the age of pregnant women over 27 years, burdened obstetric and gynecological history, a long period of infertility, the imbalance of steroid hormones and the development of OHSS, consequences carried inflammatory processes and surgery on the pelvic organs. Conclusion. First trimester of pregnancy is most dangerous for developing of complications of pregnancy and reproductive losses for women after ART regardless of etiologic factors of infertility in history, and involves optimization and implementation of comprehensive diagnostic and treatment and preventive measures.
