Abstract

Subject. Development and development of digital technologies of public administration in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Topic. Digital transformation of public administration in the framework of the implementation of national projects in the subjects of the Russian Federation. Goals. Analysis of the development and development of digital technologies of public administration to achieve key indicators of socio-economic development of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra. Methodology. The authors used universal methods of scientific research, as well as methods of comparative and statistical analysis. Results. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation in the implementation of the regional project on the digitalization of public administration in the district, the focus on improving the effectiveness of public administration, i.e. not only the quantity, but also the quality of public services provided, its effectiveness, and thus reducing the costs of the state, business and/ or citizens associated with the implementation of certain state functions. Scope of application. Implementation of national projects in terms of digitalization of state and municipal administration. Conclusions. With the overall positive impact of digitalization of state and municipal management on solving socio-economic problems, it is necessary to focus on the challenges and risks that digitalization brings.
