Abstract

The article describes the complex electrochemical technology of wastewater treatment of a meat processing plant. In the process of water treatment, sequential processing takes place in an electrochemical module with a graphite anode, an electrochemical mo dule with an iron anode and exposure in a maturation and averaging chamber. It is proved that in a module with an iron anode, the generation of ferrates is observed, which simultaneously perform the functions of a mild oxidizer, coagulant and corrosion inh ibitor of steel.
