Abstract
The importance of the introduction of interactive and practical methods of training employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia is substantiated, the justification of the spatio-temporal statistical analysis of activities on simulators carried out on the basis of taking into account 
 the frequency, difficulty and responsibility of individual actions is given. The analysis of innovative technologies for working with future officers, content elements, methods of using interactive and practical training tools, justification of psychological and pedagogical conditions for its implementation is presented. It is shown that the strongest motive for the development of a fire-technical specialty by cadets is an interest in the profession, contributing to the development of self-awareness. The introduction of information and didactic training systems based on computer technologies, in particular, simulators operating on the principle of controlled virtual simulation, is justified.
