Abstract

Within the framework of this study, an analysis of the problems of pension provision for citizens of the Russian Federation and a number of other countries has been carried out. A comparative analysis of the compliance of the Russian pension system with the requirements of the International Labor Organization is carried out. The technology of modeling the economic effect of the use of personalized pension accounts is developed. Conclusions are drawn about the possibilities and limitations of using personalized pension accounts in Russia. The practical implementation of the developed economic and mathematical model (simulation model) of maximizing the economic effect of the use of personalized pension accounts in the pension financing system of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out. According to the results obtained, the economic effect of using in practice the pension system of citizens of the Russian Federation on the basis of personalized pension accounts for the period from 2023 to 2063 is estimated at 2 billion rubles. At the same time, the main contribution falls on the accumulated funds of working citizens for pension provision, the value of which is 309 billion rubles, or 205,61% of the total amount.
