Abstract

The article presents approaches to the implementation of socio-psychological methods of personnel management at the enterprise level and socio-psychological factors of satisfaction of a person living in a certain territory (in the region). The authors consider vari-ous tools for improving the effectiveness of social and psychological methods of influencing personnel at the micro level within the framework of technocratic and humanistic approaches, while paying special attention to the procedures of business evaluation of managers and specialists. At the same time, it is noted that in addition to the psychological comfort that a person wants to have at his workplace, at the meso-level (regional level), first of all, his basic needs should be provided (provision of high-quality housing, transport infrastruc-ture, a developed healthcare system, the possibility of obtaining high-quality education for children, etc.).
