Abstract

Healthy nutrition ensures optimal physical and mental development, contributes to the prevention of diseases, prolongation of life and improvement of its quality. In 85 people (mean age 33.4±5.7 years) living in cities and towns of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YNAO): group 1 - 38 natives, group 2 - 47 newcomers. With the help of the ASPON-nutrition program, the intake of basic foodstuffs was studied for 3 days. It has been established that bread products, meat, fish, sweetened condensed milk and salt (p<0.001-0.047) (p=0.047) were significantly more often present in the diets of aborigines. At the same time, the newly arrived residents of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug significantly more often ate dairy products, vegetables, fruits, berries and dried fruits (p=0.005-0.015)
