Abstract

Today, the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AF) and the state as a whole quite often focuses on the need to improve the existing training system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, both by increasing the priority of financing training measures in plans and programs for their development, and by changing approaches to assessing the effectiveness of their implementation for the reporting period. In the article, the authors provide a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of combat training (TB) based on the use of s-shaped functions, taking into account the influence of the factor of sufficient funding on the indicators of the level of training of personnel of military units, as well as a list of basic recommendations regarding the sequence of actions of specialists in planning BP events in headquarters, services of the services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Armed Forces in general, taking into account the application of this approach. The proposed methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of combat training measures of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, taking into account the change in the sufficiency of their funding, is based on the models that are used to describe the functioning of complex systems in systems engineering. he application of the theory of s-shaped functions during the optimization of performance indicators of the implementation of the development programs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of "Combat training", taking into account the level of sufficiency of forecast funding, will ensure the optimal planning of the timing of the planned BP activities and maximize the benefits of the planned activities, which will increase conducting BP at the Armed Forces of Ukraine as well as the reliability of the expected results of the implementation of planned activities, taking into account the amount of allocated financial resources. The main practical value of the proposed approach is that it gives a preliminary quantitative idea of the expected results of the implementation of BP measures, taking into account the influence of the factor of sufficiency of financing of these measures, which will be characterized by the level of training of personnel, paying attention to the situation regarding their financing and the level of compliance with existing ones. requirements.
