Abstract

The article presents an attempt to form a model for monitoring the socio-psychological climate of the labor collective on the basis of interdisciplinary connections of information technologies and labor psychology. A variant of creating a system for monitoring staff moods with high-quality visualization of in-formation at the level of individual employ-ees, departments and the entire working team is proposed. The content part of the monitoring is based on the use of analytical techniques of three aspects of the socio-psychological climate: organizational culture, relationships in the team and personal char-acteristics of employees, manifested in in-teraction with other members of the team. The technical part involves collecting infor-mation using Google Forms and processing data using MS Power BI.
