Abstract
The problem of the effect of operating modes on the actual reliability of fuel equipment elements of diesel engines is considered on the example of KAMAZ-43118. The study objective is to find out the effect of operational speed on the failure flow of the power supply system elements of KAMAZ-43118. The task is to evaluate the changes in failure flow of the power system elements depending on the operating speed of the vehicle. For this purpose, the calculation of the main statistical characteristics of the distributions of operation time for the system under study failure is performed, as well as a hypothesis about the form of a mathematical model of the influence of operational speed on the failure flow of elements of the diesel engine power supply system is proposed and experimentally confirmed. The work novelty is that conducted research will make it possible to use the inherent resource of the vehicle more completely. In order to realize the fullest possible resource of vehicles and increase the actual reliability of the power system elements, a method is proposed to correct the frequency of technical influences on the system under study.
