تصور مقترح لتفعیل دور جامعة تبوک فی تحقیق الأهداف التعلیمیة للرؤیة الوطنیة السعودیة 2030 فی ضوء بعض التجارب الأجنبیة

Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور جامعة تبوک في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية السعودية في ضوء بعض التجارب الأجنبية، وذلک من خلال التعرف على الدور الواقعي الذي تقوم به الجامعة، والاسترشاد ببعض التجارب الأجنبية، من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية 2030م وذلک على ثلاث محاور أساسية تعکس دور الجامعة وحددتها الرؤية الوطنية السعودية تتمثل في: · تفعيل الشراکة بين الجامعة والمجتمع ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص. · مواءمة الخريجين مع متطلبات سوق العمل. · تحسين رتبة الجامعة في التصنيف العالمي للجامعات. کما استهدفت الدراسة معرفة ما إذا کانت هناک فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات عينة الدراسة حول دور جامعة تبوک في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية السعودية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (التخصص والجنس)، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، حيث طبقت استبانة على (201) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة تبوک، بينهم (111) بالتخصصات النظرية، و(90) بالتخصصات العملية، منهم (120) ذکور و(81) إناث، وبعد المعالجات الإحصائية باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب المئوية واختبار (ت)، توصلت الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أبرزها أن دور جامعة تبوک في تفعيل أهداف الرؤية الوطنية السعودية 2030 تحقق بدرجة متوسطة، توجد فروق جوهرية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في کل من التخصصات النظرية والتخصصات العملية فيما يتعلق بدور الجامعة في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية 2030، لصالح التخصصات العملية، بينما لم يوجد تأثير دال لمتغير الجنس على تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول واقع دور جامعة تبوک في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية، واخيرا قدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا يعتمد على نتائج الدراسة والتجارب الأجنبية التي تم استعراضها في الاطار النظري من أجل تفعيل دور جامعة تبوک في تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية للرؤية الوطنية السعودية 2030. The study aims to provide a perspective to enhance the role of Tabuk University to achieve the educational goals of the National Vision in the light of some foreign experiments. This aim achieved through exploring the real role of the university leaders in achieving the educational goals of the National Vision on the following three basic axes including: I. the activation of community partnership and the involvement of Private Sector, II. Consistency of graduates with the labor market requirements, III. Improving the University's ranking in the Global Classification of Universities In addition, the study aimed to make utilization of some foreign experiments, and to know whether there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the role of Tabuk University in achieving the educational goals of The National Vision attributed to the variables (specialization and gender). For the sake of achieving these objectives, the study used the descriptive method. A questionnaire was introduced to the faculty members at University of Tabuk. Sample of the study contained (201) members, including (111) from theoretical depts., and (90) belong to practical ones, (120) of them were males and (81) were females. The results highlighted a middle degree to role of university in activating the objectives of the national vision There are significant Statistical differences between responses of staff in both theoretical depts. and practical depts. in achieving the role of educational objectives of National Vision in favor of practical ones.’ Staff, while there was no significant impact of gender on the estimates of staff about the real role of the University of Tabuk in achieving the educational goals of vision 2030. Finally, the study presented a proposed Perspective based on the results of the study and the international experiments that were reviewed in the theoretical framework in order to enhance the role of Saudi universities achieve the educational goals of the National Vision
