Abstract
In the article on documents of the archives reviewed the work of the mobile medical unit, directed in the Kamchatka region in the early twentieth century to provide medical care to the poor. The author explores the content of the work of the team, especially its organization, the movement path causes the result of the surveys, analyzes the reasons of inefficient work of the team of specialists. It can be concluded that using mobile will become the most widespread in medical, and especially specialized care of the population in remote, inaccessible areas in Kamchatka region.
