Abstract

For recycling of increasing volumes of waste of composites, in particular carbon plastics, it is necessary to develop technologies for the extraction and application of recycled carbon fiber. At the same time there is a scientific and practical task to choose a such conditions of fiber extraction which will allow to keep desirable values of its physical and chemical characteristics as high as possible and comparable with primary fiber. This paper presents an analysis of the factors affecting the properties of secondary carbon fiber and materials obtained with its use throughout its life cycle.
