Abstract
The study aims to assess the distribution of mobile phone network relay stations and their impact on the prices of housing units in the city of Abu Homs, by studying their geographical distribution, characteristics and damages, satisfaction levels of residents of its properties and its surroundings, and their impact on the purchase and rent prices of housing units in the city.
