Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the functioning of the educational and informational space aimed at the formation of social activity of students in institutions of general secondary education. In particular, the purpose, tasks, structure, features of interrelations, directions of development of educational and informational space are revealed. The author describes three physical education, psychological and intellectual information and education modules, as well as an exchange of information flows between all participants in the educational process at an educational institution, as well as the exchange of information with external structures. For the successful activity of the educational institution towards the formation of social activity of students, it is necessary to create an educational and informational space, which we defined as a pedagogically expediently organized space of life, which contributes to the development of a socially active person; an integrated means of accumulation and realization of educational and educational potential of an educational institution. Educational-informational space includes three modules-components: physical, psychological and intellectual.Educational and informational space also provides active information interaction between teachers, students and information resources of subject areas, including those created on the basis of means of information and communication technologies focused on the operation of these resources, and the research, experimental and search activity of students; functioning of organizational-methodical and managerial structures of an educational institution. All educational and informational space can be divided into information and communication blocks: administrative, educational, cognitive interests, social and technological. Information interconnections between these blocks can be implemented directly and through a general-purpose server. Information flows provide a direct and feedback link with their generator, which positively affects the effectiveness of the management decision making by the administration, teachers or student management.The importance of information exchange for the process of making managerial decisions is determined by the clearly established regulation of the time limits of information movement, namely, its speed. The maximum amount of information received for a minimum amount of time is evidence of the efficiency of this system, its ability to respond flexibly, timely and adequately to external and internal signals.
