Abstract
The article presents the results of the study on the effectiveness of the use of vortex apparatuses for the regenerative extraction of sodium cyanide from spent solutions. The authors emphasize the main advantages and factors explaining the higher efficiency of vortex devices compared with traditional technologies for the regeneration of NaCN from spent solutions. The study also highlights the results of experiments according to which the average volumetric conversion rate of the starting compounds is 40-60 times higher than in conventional bubble columns, which clearly shows the advantage of vortex devices.
