Abstract
The relevance of the study is due to the need of rethinking the role and significance of civil identity for a person, a citizen and for civil society in modern Russia, taking into account the latest changes in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The authors carried out a comprehensive analysis of the essence of the phenomenon under consideration from the point of view of the science of Constitutional Law and Legal Psychology, which is caused by the increased demand for interdisciplinary scientific works.

Конституционная реформа 2020 года не только затронула сферу публичной власти, впервые законодательно закрепив данную категорию, объединившую в себе «основы конституционного строя и органов публичной власти» [5, с. 10], но и коснулась духовно-нравственной, моральной стороны функционирования российского гражданского общества
Только при адекватном восприятии и осознании значения конституционно-правовых ценностей, можно делать выводы об уровне правосознания, от которого в прямой зависимости находится осмысление человеком собственной государственно-гражданской идентичности как одного из важнейших выражений сущности института гражданства, обеспечивающего единение населения России, а также психологическую устойчивость в условиях тотальной информатизации общества

Гражданская идентичность как основа устойчивости к негативному информационнопсихологическому воздействию в условиях конституционной реформы Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью переосмысления роли и значения гражданской идентичности для человека, гражданина и для гражданского общества в современной России с учетом последних изменений Конституции Российской Федерации.
