Abstract

This article focuses on the key challenges of managing construction projects, particularly the lack of effective interaction and coordination among participants during the design and construction phases. It emphasizes the role of cloud computing technologies, specifically context-dependent cloud information systems (CACCIS), in optimizing these processes. The authors analyze the current use of fragmented systems in construction and discuss the potential of integrating modern technologies to improve coordination and management efficiency.
The study describes the architecture and functionality of cloud computing and its integration with context-aware technologies, which can significantly enhance the interaction among project participants. The concluding section highlights the importance of innovative collaborative tools, such as CACCIS, for the modern construction industry, especially in the context of optimizing the life cycle management of construction objects.
