Abstract

The author explore the creation and regulation of special economic zones in Russia on the basis of a systematic approach. Such territories are considered by the government as a way to diversify the production of goods for export, increase the labor force and exchange technology between enterprises. The author conclude that this approach hinders business activity and hinders the vital competitive and collaborative behavior of firms within these economic zones.
