Abstract

In the organization of transportation, which are open systems, it is often necessary to choose the best solutions in conditions of limited time and lack of data. To this end, decision makers use various methods of comparing similar options to determine the best one. This paper proposes the use of specific technical and economic indicators that have a self-limiting effect when compared without building complex simulation models, which make it possible to more accurately assess the prospects for using the selected route.
