Abstract

Personal subsidiary farms in the modern agro-industrial complex of Russia are not considered as a promising format of agricultural production. But at the same time, their share of individual products and parts of the subjects of the Russian Federation remains significant. Starting in 2022, state support for private households has reappeared in the federal budget, for the first time since 2016. One of the reasons is the jump in prices for a borscht set in the fall of 2021 – the products that have historically been produced in the LPH segment. The price fluctuations of 2023 in the raw milk market in the segment of farms and farms indicate the vulnerability of disparate farms engaged in dairy farming. The article examines the role of cooperative associations as a mechanism for the inclusion of personal subsidiary farms of citizens in the food supply chain.
