Abstract
In this article, we have developed measures to optimize remuneration based on the use of a grading system in IT companies. The main groups of personnel of enterprises of the IT sphere on the executed functionality are considered. The dynamics of salaries in the IT industry by main types of activity is analyzed. A unified scale for calculating grades is justified, which allows you to set basic salaries on a single basis. These calculations will allow companies providing information technology services to motivate employees and compete more successfully in the labor market.
