Abstract

Administrative Law of the Kikot Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, LL.D., Associate Professor The article analyzes the historical aspect of the origination of the Russian state service and its reformation. The paper analyzes the main regulations that govern the state service, its establishment, development and special aspects. The publication presents the author’s opinion about the service in internal affairs agencies and its difference from the state civil service. Special attention is paid to prohibitions and limitations imposed on state service employees. The article covers additional limitations applicable to anti-corruption laws and introduced for the duration of the special military operation.
