Abstract

Creating environment for self-development of students is relevant in the current social and educational situation. The content of the Federal State Educational Standard has changed – it is aimed at the implementation of the activity approach, which requires more active behavior of children, schoolchildren and students themselves. Teachers and parents should enter into a subject-subject relationship with children. In 1991, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) adopted the Concept of renewal and development of the national school, and for the implementation of this document, the Program “Erkeei" was developed. More than thirty years have passed, a whole generation has grown up, whose children, in turn, have come to kindergartens and schools. The problem is that the new generation is leaving the linguosphere of the native language, meets difficulties in ethnocultural self-identification.The article presents approaches to the implementation of the regional model program “Erkeeii Ergiire". The used methods are: reviewing theoretical and methodological literature on the topic, logical analysis, analysis of experience based on research, methods of comparison and generalization. The results will be useful for any other region of the country where similar steps are taken to solve modern problems of cultural education.
