Abstract

At the current stage, the works of I. Ohiienko’s encourage the scientifi c commu-nity to new searches and understanding of the written treasures of both the artist and ancient monuments.Sacred texts are the least researched, but they are signifi cant, since on the basis of biblical religious themes, Hilarion was the fi rst in national thought to depict the image of history, creates a peculiar concept of it, which is full of deep philosophical worldview content, refl ections on the fate of all mankind.The article is devoted to the study of I. Ohiienko’s sacred texts language, the illus-tration of stereotypes in the text, the verbalization of the scientist’s moral norms vision of that time behavior, the role of women in social and political life. Ivan Ohiienko’s sacred works become national material for understanding reality, and generalized im-ages are reproduced on the example of individual characters. Ivan Ohiienko has his original vision of the place and role of women and men in the social and political life of the country. In sacred texts Ivan Ohiienko discusses «mascu-line» and «feminine» as the moral norm of behavior in that time society. The linguistic image of the character is carried out through moral and psychological characteristics, deeds and actions, which are often unusual and inappropriate for a female person. These characteristics are marked by their national, mental, and cultural uniqueness. Sacred texts of Ivan Ohiіenko’s become national material for understanding reality.
