Abstract

A comparative analysis of the structural and functional parameters of echocardiography between the two groups of women aged 18-22 years. Test group - 16 women with idiopathic arterial hypotension (systolic 94-98 mm Hg). The control - 10 women with normal blood pressure (SBP 120-123 mm Hg). Echocardiography was performed at rest and after emotional load by the method of E. Kraepelin. If hypotension an infringement diastolic function at rest and during exercise (increased ratio Ve/Va alone, lack of speed dynamics of transmitral blood flow under load). Diastolic dysfunction recorded on a background of heart malnutrition, which indicates a decrease in cardiac hemodynamic reserve adaptation physiological effects.
