Abstract

This article applies the use of digital technologies in healthcare through the prism of the constitutional right of citizens to health care. The author analyzes the concepts of digital technologies and digital medicine, and concludes that it is possible to secure data at the level of responsibility. The article discusses the foundations of the constitution, as well as the use of industrial digital technologies in medical practice.
