Abstract

Societal transformations play a pivotal role in shaping and changing the values among workers. These transformations are influenced by several factors such as: economic development, technological changes, cultural and political shifts. This study aims to understand the relationship between cultural and social values and work behaviors, as well as individual performance in the workplace. It also examines how customs, traditions, and beliefs influence values such as commitment, discipline, and dedication to work. Additionally, the study seeks to identify the factors that affect work-related values in Libyan society by understanding the dynamics of societal transformations, and how they can directly or indirectly impact stability in the work environment.
